CG777 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CG777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of cg777.online and all associated games, features and services. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or otherwise using the CG777 platform, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply alongside the CG777 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CG777. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

CG777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the contact details on their account where practicable.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CG777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. CG777 does not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a CG777 employee in a role that provides access to platform systems, game outcomes or financial data.
• You must be acting in your own legal capacity and not be subject to any court order, insolvency proceeding or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

CG777 may request proof of age or identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings generated on an account later found to belong to an ineligible player may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one CG777 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or at different points in time — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. CG777 is entitled to rely on the information provided during registration for all account-related communications and transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. CG777 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CG777 support immediately via live chat or email at support@cg777.online.

CG777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID — at any time, particularly before processing significant withdrawals. Account access may be restricted until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

CG777 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits are credited to your CG777 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. CG777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or mobile wallet providers beyond our direct control.

• All funds deposited into CG777 accounts must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder.
• CG777 does not accept deposits from shared or business accounts. Payment methods must be registered in the name of the CG777 account holder.
• CG777 may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the request of the account holder for responsible gaming purposes.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

CG777 operates an anti-money laundering compliance programme. Unusual deposit patterns or transaction volumes may trigger a review. You may be required to provide documentation explaining the source of deposited funds as part of this review. Failure to cooperate with AML enquiries will result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the CG777 account dashboard. Standard processing times are same-day for most Pakistani payment methods during business hours. CG777 VIP Gold and Diamond tier members benefit from priority or near-instant withdrawal processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. CG777 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits in specific circumstances, including where bonus funds are involved or where identity verification has not been fully completed.

• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Where a specific payment method does not support withdrawals, an alternative method may be arranged with the support team.
• Funds associated with active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirements have been met in full.
• CG777 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold as part of standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Most CG777 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of total bets that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Specific bonuses may carry different requirements, which are always displayed in the offer terms before you accept.
• Time Limits: Bonuses typically carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account. Expiry periods vary by offer and are stated in the bonus terms at the point of offer.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on CG777 — including slots, card games, live dealer tables, Ludo Games and Teen Patti — operate according to published rules available within each game interface. By placing a bet in any CG777 game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the rules applicable to that game.

CG777's non-live games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently audited to verify genuine randomness. CG777 does not manipulate, alter or influence game outcomes beyond the published mathematical parameters (house edge and RTP) for each game.

Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards and equipment operated by professional dealers. Live game outcomes are determined by the physical results of each deal or spin and cannot be altered by CG777 after the round has commenced.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed are invalid and will be returned.
• In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game round, CG777 will restore the pre-round balance for all affected players. No partial round result will be applied in a technically compromised round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CG777 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal referral where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform programmatically without human input.
• Colluding with other players during multiplayer games (including Rummy, Ludo or any tournament format) to manipulate outcomes or share information in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are invalid and will be reversed.
• Using a CG777 account to launder money, process funds for third parties, or conduct any financial transaction not directly related to legitimate personal gaming.
• Attempting to use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Creating or operating accounts under false identities or on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in behaviour in the in-game chat or player community areas that is abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory toward other players, dealers or CG777 staff.

CG777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity. Player data may be shared with relevant authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

CG777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• A player fails to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious financial activity is identified that warrants investigation.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, active bonuses and pending winnings — may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their CG777 account in good standing should contact support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closures will be processed within one business day, and any qualifying balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

CG777 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the platform experience. CG777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and law enforcement authorities where required.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CG777's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CG777 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime or other circumstances beyond CG777's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses, even where CG777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from operating a duplicate account or violating the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Losses resulting from a player's voluntary use of self-exclusion tools, which may restrict access to the platform during the exclusion period.

Nothing in these Terms limits CG777's liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our direct negligence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

CG777 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated and, where reasonably practicable, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account — either by email or by an in-platform notification on their next login.
